An “Enquire now” button comes after a more practical question: could this place suit my business?
Help visitors picture the place
For a commercial property website, that first decision needs something concrete. A visitor needs to understand the setting, see the spaces and find a clear way to ask about availability.
Our Vanguard Business Park delivery brought the website, domain, business email and enquiry route together. Photographs, space information and security details give prospective tenants material to explore before arranging the next conversation. The first feedback round for the original package was delivered in August 2026.
Design around the decision
The useful design lesson is to organise a page around the decision someone is trying to make. Start with three questions: what am I looking at, could it suit my business, and how do I ask about it?
Put relevant images beside the information they explain. Give the setting enough context to make the individual spaces understandable. Then place a clear enquiry route where a visitor has enough information to take that step.
Plan the route behind the page
The route behind the page matters too. Agree where the message should arrive and who will respond. Include the domain, business email and handover responsibilities when defining the website work.
Try the phone check
Open your site on a phone and ask someone unfamiliar with the business to explain the offer and find the next step. Watch where they hesitate. That gives you a specific place to improve before adding another page or button.
