Basic terms for using this website and starting work with FieldOps Studio.
Information Only
This website provides general information about FieldOps Studio services. It is not a complete statement of every service, limitation, or project condition.
Service Work
Service work is not agreed through the website alone. Projects require separate written scope, price, timeline, responsibilities, assumptions, and acceptance before work starts. FieldOps may provide websites, web apps, Android apps, domain and email setup, hosting and deployment support, automation, analytics, server setup, security hardening, maintenance, and related technical services where agreed.
Scope And Changes
The agreed scope controls what is included. Extra features, new requirements, urgent work, changed priorities, third-party delays, or access problems may affect cost, timing, or delivery. FieldOps will aim to explain material changes clearly before relying on them.
Accuracy
FieldOps Studio aims to keep website information clear and useful, but does not guarantee that all information is always complete, current, or suitable for every situation.
Intellectual Property
Website content, design, and assets on this site belong to FieldOps Studio unless otherwise stated. Client deliverables, licences, source access, reusable components, background methods, templates, tools, and third-party assets should be handled in the written project scope or agreement.
Misuse
Users must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, probe it without permission, or use it in a way that causes harm.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, lawful instructions, timely feedback, access to accounts they own, and any legal, tax, financial, regulatory, industry-specific, accessibility, or content approvals that are outside FieldOps' agreed technical role.
Third-Party Services
FieldOps work may involve third-party services such as domain registrars, DNS providers, Microsoft 365, hosting providers, analytics, forms, payment, storage, deployment, AI-assisted tools, and other client-approved services. Those services have their own terms, limits, prices, availability, and security responsibilities. Third-party links may also appear where useful, and those sites are not controlled by FieldOps Studio.
Hosting, Backups, And Support
Hosting, deployment, monitoring, backups, maintenance, and support are included only where agreed. Availability, recovery, retention, update frequency, and response expectations depend on the chosen setup and written scope. FieldOps will not ask for passwords, private keys, or access tokens through the public website form.
Privacy And Data Protection
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Notice. Privacy, security, data-processing, sub-processor, or client-DPA requirements should be agreed separately where a project requires them.
